KC went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect birthday present for my husband. He was really surprised to see a new Ford Ranger arrive with a giant red bow on it. KC answered all my sales questions and even shipped the truck from Sunnyvale to Hawaii just in time to surprise my husband for his birthday. We will definitely be back for future vehicles. Thank you KC for your excellent customer service and thank you to the entire team at Sunnyvale Ford.

I had purchased a Bronco earlier this year and very happy with the vehicle. The sales process was quick and easy, as well as with their finance department. The dealership even offered me test multiple vehicles to find the right one. I was not 100% pleased with the ADM, but the deal is done. At the end of the day, I am happy with purchase. Just felt that I overpaid a bit which is my fault too. I still give 5 stars since the process of smooth and very pleased with the Bronco. All in all, the experience was good. Just trying to be fair and honest.

I have purchased several vehicles from this location and would like to say this was the best treatment we received at a dealership. I like the fact that we were not pressured into making any decisions and were allowed to walk around until we were ready to speak with the sales team. My wife and I were in the market for a Ford bronco I was fortunate to Have Bhroz Aryan as my sales representative. I was blown away with his professionalism. He was kind, courteous, and patient. Bhroz and his team went through every feature of the vehicle in detail. I will definitely work with Bhroz in the future

I’ll keep this short. I bought a car from them a couple of years ago and even time hasn’t been able to wash that uneasy feeling away. There were a couple of things, most of which is to be expected when dealing with a car salesman, and for that I won’t hold it against them. After all everyone needs to make a living. But I bought my car during the 2022 EV craze, and this dealership took full advantage of that. 10k over asking, nebulous terms on some of the protection packages. I don’t remember the salesman’s name, but he opened our dialogue with a lie. “This car is for someone else” he told me. Then after I was ready to walk away, he went to talk to his “manager” and somehow the car was miraculously available (again shady dealer tactics). All in all the car itself is fine. But the general service was terrible. Two years later and I still feel taken advantage of. I will say this the finance guy did “get me” a pretty good interest rate (nothing at all to do with having a 830+ credit score). I’m sure they’ll be a rebuttal, and I don’t really care. I wouldn’t shop here again, and I think I was pretty non-biased in my review of my experience there. Buying a car post pandemic or any time should be a great occasion, not one where you revisit it and feel had. In closing at the end of the day it is a business and they are providing a service to you, as long as you maintain that mindset you’ll be ok. (I tried to keep it short)
