I had decided to book a Tata Nexon and this dealership was the closest one available. The showroom now looks really good after the renovation. The customer service and facility provided is also greatly improved. Coming to the delivery of my vehicle... The wait time was long since the vehicle was in high demand and I had booked a unique colour (Royal Blue) but i got a good sales representative (Shiva) who assisted us with all the information we need right from the booking, payment, documentation and delivery updates! He also helped us with the accessories and ceramic coating and got us the best discount possible. Overall very satisfied with the service provided.

Very good show room, responsive front desk. Sahil is very good explained everything and took care till delivery. If any one purchases choose sahil. He will take care everything.

The showroom staff don't care about your time or money. They just care about their money being safe. The sales executive assists good only at the time of sale or booking. After that the real trouble starts. They delayed the delivery of the car, I waited nearly 2 months for my car which they told they can deliver even for a week. The after sales service is the worst. They don't value your concerns or complaints as the sale is complete. If you want to test your patience only then visit this showroom, as they might even make you wait for 6months or a year. If your car is delivered, make sure to check each and every accessories fitted in the car, as a lot will be damaged or defect. At the time of delivery we saw 7 to 8 defects in the accessories. And the number plate arrived after 4 weeks of delivery which they said within one week. Please avoid going to this showroom if you want your car to arrive early and have it in good condition

Polite staff. Easily accessible location. Parking facility is good. Showroom is very big and respond properly to each and every customer. In the lounge coffee and snacks are provided. Good discount and loan facility is available .. my friend brought Tata nexon here .. and even service of vehicle didn’t take much time.. they completed within 4 hours of time .. highly recommended
