11/10 Experience with Porsche Tampa, and a huge thank you to Eric Kozuh! I had been looking to trade in my vehicle for a 4x4 SUV for quite some time. We stumbled upon a gently used Lexus GX460 located here. We live about 3.5 hours away in Amelia Island, but the pricing on this flawless vehicle was too hard to pass and well worth the drive. Upon first communication, Eric quickly met and exceeded our expectations as (long distance) buyers. He cut straight to the point in negotiating final numbers, had my trade in value secured, and even stood in the rain to give us a virtual tour of the vehicle to go over every single inch of the car before making the drive. I was able to place a (refundable deposit) on the car, and received a soft copy of the bill of sale/trade in before heading to Tampa. When I arrived in Tampa, the vehicle was detailed, gassed, and ready to go. Eric and Ed (finance) had everything in order. There were zero surprises on the dealership’s end, very smooth transaction, all numbers were as promised. Buying a used vehicle (and a non-Porsche), I felt the team treated me with just as much respect and enthusiasm as someone spending 3-4x. Eric was so friendly and I enjoyed spending the afternoon with him. I am over the moon for my new ride, and my husband can’t wait to visit Eric again soon to pick out a Porsche!

This is NOT a good dealership to build a relationship. I was looking to buy another 718 GTS and the Tampa Porsche dealership had one I was interested in...so, I scheduled an appointment to go and look it over. Things seemed good at first; that is, until I picked up a construction screw in my tire in the customer parking lot. When I arrived I was told to excuse all the construction due to the renovations and even to step back as a construction truck drove by my car and the GTS I was looking at. When I got back into my car and my tire pressure showed one of my tire had slightly low pressure and by the time I got home it was substantially lower. I took photos and went to two different tire places to see if it could be patched but both said I needed a new tire since it was in the sidewall. I took photos, called and told the sales man and sent him the photos as well as what both tire shops said. At first it sounded as if they were going to help but after reporting it he said "perhaps you got the screw else ware and your tire pressure light came on while at our dealership". Do you want to know what the sound of pure silence is? Or perhaps sales folks who say they are not pushy but 5 minutes later they are pushing you to buy their car and trade yours in (which is worth more than the car you are interested in but has far less options and a lot more mileage)?? To make matters worse, after telling them about the screw in my tire they even had the nerve to say "Well, you could just buy ours (and trade mine in) and you won't have to worry about the screw in your tire". Very classy! Since then (almost 2 weeks after), I get nothing but crickets when I call or email about what can be done about the screw. My opinion - save yourself a trip and drive to another Porsche dealership...

Very surprised at how poor the customer service was for a Porsche dealer. All my Porsche shopping experiences have been wonderful outside of Tampa. Service rep was very short with us and rude when we came to look at a specific car. It was not ready to be shown yet, so he told us to come back later. Received an email asking if we wanted to come see the car. We set up an appointment to come see it. Came by 3 days later and the car was gone. "Oh, I forgot to tell you it was sold the other day. Anything else we can do for you?" Just a lack of respect for customers. Not upset it sold as that's how things work, but he couldn't even cancel the appointment or offer other cars to shop for on the lot? Won't be back and can't recommend this location. 2 stars only because the sales manager was nice.

Buying my first Porsche from Porsche Tampa was an amazing experience. I live over 300 miles away so I was trusting what they were telling me about the car. At delivery, it was everything they said and more. Interior, paint, everything was like new. Ben, was my sales rep. He was honest, responsive and very professional to the end. Joe, Scott and Denis helped make buying an 18 y/o 911 so easy. Answered every question I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!
