I would like to send an excellent review and compliment to Anna Bardsell with which I believe her Line Manage is called Sarah? Anna has been a pillar of strength to me as a customer for a part I ordered a few months ago. I had to work overseas and left the part to be resprayed with a Body shop repairer local to me with my wife holding the fort in my absence, it turns out the bumper sent to me was incorrect. But Anna has delivered an outstanding Customer support to me and has authorised both a refund and collection of the incorrect part from my home address. also has advised to keep checking each week for the correct part may become available through Overton Automotive. Anna your a credit to your Line Manager and to Overton Automotive Well Done and Thank you.

Set of Cowboys!!! Keep well clear... They took my car in for repair, managed to damage my wing mirror whilst it was with them and they replaced it with a second hand cheap after market part that doesn't match the original. When I complained, their solution was to send out another (second hand after market) wing mirror that was the wrong colour along with a tin of spray paint so that I can fit and paint the wing mirror myself?! No professional garage would even contemplate this as a satisfactory solution. Communication has been poor, rude and dismissive. I would hope that the owners/ directors had more accountability and respect for their own business but it seems that they are happy to head an overly underwhelming and poorly performing business with no care for the "lack" of service they provide. Absolute joke....

i bought supsension frame from here i given reg plate and my mechanic said they sold me frame from disel not petrol :) how this happend i dont know i think they dont have clue what are they doing, it took one week to figuare how to put this frame in to my car. i want refund for a stupid mistake ! at least half of the price .
