Purchased my Polestar here and absolutely love it. Salesman William was nothing but absolutely outstanding along with all his leads. William truly is who sold me on the car. He was attentive and wanted to make sure I got the right car car for my needs. Even after purchase he followed up with me and made all was up to standards. I have purchased other new cars and never got that type of follow up. This young man is great! Definitely ask for him if you’re looking to shop. I plan to do so next time I get another car.

Hello, I purchased a Tesla Model X and worked with Kacper Lesniak. He was top notch. Communicated clearly throughout (texted regular updates), followed up on everything I had requested be added to the car e.g. new tires, I got a great price and he was personable the whole time. Not the typical dealer sales approach, but moreso listened and gave me what I needed. Ask for Kacper when you get there. Thanks, John W

I bought a Tesla Model X from here, it was full of nothing but problems from the very begining. I bought a car in June and couldnt drive it till August! They charge an inspection that bascially doesnt cover any electric vehicle but a Nissan! If you cant drive a vehicle you have to pay for thats not a road worthy vehicle! I waited to write the review till I got the car back from Tesla. 9 pages worth of repairs! New suspension pieces front and rear, a complete new hvac, relays, door mechanisms, and more. Be very careful of this place. Ive never had this experience in 20 years of buying cars used and new! Complete worst experience ive ever had and disappointed Huntley Ford is owned by the same group. Will not recommend, will not repatronise!

I did get a response after posting my review. I also finally got the paperwork sent… we had stated we would under NO UNCERTAIN TERMS agree to the amount they offered for our vehicle. We stated we wanted to walk out not owning on our truck and we would walk if they didn’t give us what we owed. Armen came back and said “okay we will pay off the truck and then proceed with the numbers game. When I looked at the contract, they gave us that they originally offered (to which we said no) and work it in that WE PAID THE DIFFERENCE ON OUR OWN TRUCK!!! When I contacted them they said “well, you agreed to the numbers and signed the contract. They also stated they backwards designed the offer. I assume to trick us into thinking we got what we asked for. They also wanted to play semantics- they said they would send a check for the $19,100 and they did that. They would pay it off- but what the trick is- yes the bank will be paid off for the balance owed- but I was paying it!!! They also made us use finance through their bank at a high interest- didn’t mention that percent until the end of the paperwork. Told us we had to wait 4 mo. before being able to refinance which is a complete lie. We already got approved for a refinance at a rate 4% LOWER!!!! I am filing a complaint with the BBB of Illinois. Please do not shop here. Top 10 reasons why I would not buy from this dealership again. #1 Ended up paying MORE than their sticker price because they add in random fees like $1500 transport fee from auction and pre- certification fees. #2 Beware the manufacturer window sticker could be Canadian- which makes it appear like the vehicle cost more than it actually did. #3 Website said 1 owner but when we got there (drove from 4 hours away) He mentioned it had 3 owners??? #4 Got to financing and the manager offered electrical warranty and added an extra year as a favor… not sure how that works… #5 got in the truck to go home and there was a DIRTY SPOON in the back pocket of passenger’s seat. #6 We paid extra for the “certification” of the vehicle- they checked it over so well that they missed the spoon and didn’t even give it to us clean (see attached pictures) *the truck is either certified or not- you don’t pay extra at the end. It should be included in the advertised price! #7 When we got there it was sitting out front, but no one seemed to know we made an appointment. Then, I noticed “Jeron” was listed as a user when we started it for a test drive- turns out he is a salesman, so pretty sure he had to find a ride home- guessing it was just a coincidence it happened to be out front when we got there. #8 they said they would detail it while we finished the paperwork- again look at the pictures. We had already signed all the paperwork when I found the spoon in the back. Armen just laughed when I gave it to him. #9 Asked for paper copies of what we signed instead of the jump drive they wanted to give us. Manager handed me an envelope when we were done. I thought it was everything, but he just gave us the finance agreement. Nothing else. I didn’t notice until we got all the way home. #10 I emailed and called 3 times asking for my paperwork- Armen, Kyle, Pat all said “Oh sure, we will email it right away”… I’m still waiting- and no it didn’t go to my spam. Paid $70,000 and this is the service we got. I have no information on warranty, no Carfax, no record of pre-certification that the truck meets their “high standards” - nothing accept the financing. Hoping maybe now someone will reach out and actually send me my paperwork. So, so shady. Might be time to get a 3rd party involved. Suppose you are wondering why my original review was 5 stars? Armen asked for a positive review while we were there and kept checking his phone to see if I had posted it yet!!!! Original Post:”Bought a Ford F150 Lightning from Armen. These people are not trustworthy at all. I went their to buy a 2023 Nissan Rouge Platinum from them. In their website, they had mentioned that we would give you 6500 $ discount on the vehicle. They have also mentioned that for this vehicle, we have zero Apr financing for 36 months. When I went there on Friday, we couldn't agree on the price to sign the contract right away. I went to another Nissan dealership, they told me that these people were not completely honest with you. They would give you 0 Apr for 36 months or 6500 $ discount, not both at the same time, and if you ask them to send you the quote with zero Apr, they don't send it to you. I sent them email on the Friday evening that I want an online quote from you with your discounted price and zero Apr, but they didn't send it to me. I called them, they told me you come tomorrow to show you are serious about it, we will give it to you. On Saturday, I went to their dealership after 2 hours driving with my friend, but when I arrived there, they told me we cannot give you both discount and zero Apr for 36 months. There people are not trustworthy and they don't deserve any star. Be respectful to yourself and never go to their location.
