"Absolutely DO NOT go to [car dealership name] for any reason. The customer service is terrible and the repair quality is even worse. I brought in my car for multiple issues that were clear warranty violations and a third-party inspection confirmed the same issues. The dealership refused to make the necessary repairs and instead threatened me with legal action if I continued to contact their service department. Not only is this kind of behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable, it's also downright dangerous. Awful. If you are looking for a Genesis/Lexus dealer for Sales or Service in the greater Los Angeles area, the highest rated is Norm Reeves in Cerritos. By comparison, O'Gara is gets a very low rating -consistent the one star I gave them.

Bad oil change experience. The engine bay was left filthy, oily hand prints all over. The oil drain plug was not tightened and most of the oil drained out of my G80 Sport. The dealership topped off the oil and rinsed the belly pan. Every time the car got hot it smelled of oil. I was ignored when I complained about this. The cabin air filter was replaced but the plastic plugs in the glove box were left on the floor. Brake fluid was changed incorrectly, every time I hit the brakes they would shutter badly. This dealership ruined my car, I traded it in for a different manufacturer because of this terrible dealership.

The Sales Manager, Joe, was outstanding. He worked relentlessly to get the exact car we wanted. His knowledge of our Genesis GV80 3.5T Prestige was clear and was magnified by his ability to explain the vehicle details in a manner easily understandable to us.
