Bad experience bought used 2015 BMW 328I xdrive. Car was never inspected, lot of issues, leaking gas tank, chassis stabilization alarm (they claimed was only a sensor) and will be fixed before purchasing, of course they never did because was the transfer case, rear mirror was falling down, never repaired, claimed they changed motor oil, not true, misalignment of front and rear wheels, etc. Then they strongly suggested to buy a warranty to cover bumper to bumper issues, again a lie, only cover engine, transmission and transfer case, when I claimed they answer was they didn't know, before purchase they promise to have a detail cleaning, never did, even they did not have a decency to fill it up the gas tank.

I was a little skeptical when I pulled into this tiny dealership, but man - I was so wrong! This family-owned gem blew my car buying expectations out of the water!!! I have NEVER had such an easy, painless, or enjoyable car buying experience before in my life!!! Mike was by far the most helpful, honest, and kind person to work with! He drove around with me, hooked the car up to a computer to show me the codes (or lack there of) when I asked, had the car spotless with an extra key made (in less than 48 hours), and had me in and out, on the day of purchase, in less than 30 minutes! I would 110% buy a car from this dealership again in the future!!!
