I also received courtesy text/email messages from the Lansing location throughout the process, which I thought was considerate. I got a 2016 Nissan rogue from them in January. He said it was a great car.he said it was on the lot for a while. We test drove it and everything was then. a few days later the trans went out. Called and ask if I could come in and swap out the car for another on the lot or even get my money back. I had a feeling they knew something was wrong with the car. This place is hot garbage. You can fine a better quality dealership somewhere else.

I don’t write reviews often at all. But these guys deserve one. First of all, I admit I was a bit nervous when I pulled up. The lot was much smaller than I thought it would be. I scheduled an appointment via the online chat, and George was very prompt to text me back confirming vehicle availability and to schedule an appointment. Upon walking in I met George who was extremely positive and ready to go. We promptly examined the vehicle before a test drive and he was well versed on the background and transparent about everything - good and bad. He was not pushy or salesman like at all that turns you off from so many other dealerships. He helped me navigate through pushing buttons and lifting/folding everything I could. After I decided to head back inside to see if we could make a deal, he patiently worked through finance scenarios and payments with me to solidify a fair purchase price for us both. Never once pushy, and always understanding of what my goals were. After we agreed, He then turned me over to his finance lady - Jenny. Jenny was equally as amazing! Full of life down to earth spirit who did her magic to get me a rate better than I expected. She accepted a credit card as downpayment (gotta get those few extra miles), and was beyond helpful with her warmth personality to even search around for personalized plates; military guy who wanted a small little bit of American flare… They even allowed our small non shedding pooch into the store as well. I was in and out of there in what felt like an hour - but was probably closer to 90 minutes. Left with a full tank of gas, and a great feeling of accomplishment. This is around my 10th vehicle I’ve ever purchased, and was by far the easiest most enjoyable experience I’ve had yet. Thanks to the team for that! I would highly recommend this small company who is doing things a bit different - a bit more personal and enjoyable without ever once being pushy…working for you instead of against you. We arranged the test drive and within 24 hours purchased our new (to us) Range Rover Evoque!
