First, great service and everyone was friendly. Came in 2 nights ago, saw a young salesman named Albert and asked if he was in sales, he said yes. I told him the one used car I was looking for and if they had it he would have a sale, they had it. He was great on the test drive and fun. Next I saw Sam K, also great, profesional but fun. We took our car to the Keyes Lexus service center because one of our key's was not working. We spoke with our service adviser Ali he was very professional and helpful as always. He told us they would check the key to see if they can fix it. He gave us a rental car so we don't have to wait. Later the day he called us and said that the Key needed to be replaced. We told him to go ahead and replace it. The next day Ali called and said the car was ready. He also said that he was going to give us the key with a cover so this will not happen again. That was so thoughtful and nice of Ali. When I picked up the car both of are keys had covers. Ali is an amazing service adviser. I will totally recommend this place to anyone.
