I had a awesome experience at J&S and it was because of Art! Great customer service, no pressure or hassle. Allowed me to test drive the Jaguar myself and return when I was complete. Simple deposit on the car on Saturday and easy financial completion and pick up on Monday. I lucked out getting Art as my customer rep!! Buying a car from here was fast and easy!! Andy was a great consultant and was available for all questions or concerns I had. There’s a reason he’s been highly recommended for 22 years! The buying process was no hassle. I got in, picked the car I wanted, and completed the paperwork. There was no bait and switch. No long drawn out convos about warranty. Definitely come here if you’re looking for a Tesla! They have a lot of options priced reasonably.

Not good customer service. Nobody smiles and not bothering to listen to the customer. When I got there for test drive they asked me multiple times if I’m gonna buy or test-drive only without any explanation of the car’s features. They should try to sell the car first and then I can decide to buy or not. And there was a big scratch on the back of the car, but they weren’t willing to give a discount for that. So, stay away. There are better dealerships around who knows how to treat customer well!
