When I decided that I would offer my lovely 2007 Bentley GT Coupe for sale, I was, fortunately, able to track down the Bentley dealer salesman who sold me the car eleven years ago. Why did I do that? Well, you learn a fair amount about a person when you have negotiated through an important purchase. This gentleman displayed the following values/traits: Intelligent; knew his stuff big time; articulate; interested in WHAT I THOUGHT; great sense of humor; sensible; fair-minded; and, dare I say, charming to boot? Net, I did and do trust him. We all know that trust is the best bridge when working with people. My sense was that he managed the sale process with patience and good judgement.
