The way it should be!!! I just purchased a Titan 4x from Formula. From the first moment I spoke with Julian and Juan I was given an amazing amount of attention and courtesy. Even though I know they are both incredibly busy they made me feel as if the world was put on hold while we discussed any of the forseen challenges or concerns I may have had. They were both incredibly attentive and professional. Although I've been shopping elsewhere and I had other options on the table, I was given a level of cander and honesty I have not seen at any other dealership(s) or with other individuals for that matter. They made the decision to work with them easy!! The process was very streamlined and efficient from the first phone call until the delivery. Formula is the appropriate name for this dealership because they have it ; Be professional and sharp. Be effecient and attentive. Be canderous and honest. I recently bought a 2020 Dodge Durango from Formula Imports in Charlotte and had a very average experience. On a date that was planned for over a week, I arrived from over three hours away to sign paperwork and take my car home. I had already put a deposit down to reserve my car and they told me it would be ready for me to take it home that day. There were a few things that have not been done to the car and I could not take it home that day as one of the staff members in the repair shop needed for my repair was not there. Due to the inconvenience, they did offer to buy my lunch and also take my car half way to it’s destination so I didn’t have to drive seven hours round-trip again, but I was met with a headache once again. When I was about to leave my house to meet the gentlemen bringing my car halfway, the owner called me, and said they couldn’t find a driver. They had five days to find a driver between the day I went to the dealer and the day the vehicle was actually delivered, but it seems like they dropped the ball and forgot to arrange a driver, and they were just scrambling to find one last minute. It wasn’t until I got stern with them and told them that this was unacceptable that they finally found a driver, someone who appeared to work as a mechanic there. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, as it is a very nice vehicle, but there were a few minor bumps in the road and that’s why there is a four star review. I do recommend taking your business here and I’m sure someone that buys a high dollar vehicle will be treated much better here. The dealership was very clean and everyone was super nice. They have some nice vehicles and they let me test drive and take the car to mechanic to have a pre-purchase inspection without any issue.

Just bought a car from them today. I was about to buy a similar car from a different dealer, but I went back to them because of the sales guy smile! He was polite and very helpful in all interactions we had. My experience level bar went higher up after meeting Julian, the showroom manager, another nice gentleman. The whole process was smooth and pleasant from beginning to end. Needless to say that their cars selection is absolutely fantastic. DO NOT buy your next car before talking to them! I purchased gently used car from Formula Imports that was consignment deal. They are really good at marketing their vehicle prices to current trending price and not overprice their cars. I can ensure you that Julian (one of the partners) is a man of it’s word and takes pride in his dealership and it’s customer’s satisfaction. We had a bit of a rocky transaction since Julian was mediating the sale between me and previous owner (consignment) but he negotiated for us to have almost perfect outcome.
