Steve and his wife are such an easy-going team. LOVE this place! The comfort and ease made the experience of consigning my car a breeze. Steve is knowledgeable in the current car market. His team is so transparent with the process and the process is seamless. Every question asked they answered with respect, and everything was so quick and easy. Best Car Buying Experience Ever I was looking for a new mustang after selling mine just a couple of days ago. Of course, things like price, mileage, and condition are top priorities for any car buyer. I'd been to several traditional dealerships in the weeks prior to buying with Car Pros, and something always just felt...off. Between cars that just drove weird (I was test driving manual transmissions), to salesman that seemed like they just weren't giving me the full story, I'd seen it all. I found what seemed like a great deal online, which lead me to my purchase at Car Pros. I pulled up to Car Pros to be greeted by Steve at the door. He knew who I was and what car I was coming in to see. There was nobody else there; they work by appointment only because it's a couple running the business. We walked back the the car and saw that they keep all of the inventory INDOORS, which is totally unique among other dealerships. He handed me the keys and invited me to start it up and take a look around and said he'd be back in a few minutes... It's always relieving when you get a moment alone to inspect the car instead of having a salesman hovering over you trying to distract you from any imperfections. He said, "The only thing that we ask is that you don't rev up a cold engine." A sign that they treat the cars with care, unlike many others who flip hundreds of cars every week. I did my inspection and the car was immaculate, a few small dings here and there, which is what I expected from a car with 71k miles on it. The car actually looked BETTER in person than it did in the photos online. I asked to take it for a spin, and then signed a quick paper saying that I'd have the car back in about 30 minutes... Yes they even let you test drive the cars on your own too! Came back from a test drive and it was a no brainer to move forward. It was a great deal for the exact car I wanted, it better condition than I expected. We came back in and ran credit and finances, another easy-going, no-pressure process... I had to come back the next day because it was Sunday night and the credit check wouldn't come back until Monday morning. I heard from Steve via text in the morning, and he asked that I email him over a copy of my insurance policy details so he could have everything prepared for when I got there (which he did). When I arrived, the car was sitting out front waiting for me! We got into paper signing and Wendy explained in detail what each paper was and why I was signing it (also rare among dealerships). Finally, she explained next steps for me, and I was off on my way! I got a great deal on a great car, and it by far was the easiest, low-pressure sales process I'd ever experienced. It's always a good feeling to find a great deal, but what you don't anticipate when buying a car are things like: 1. Indoor storage 2. Personal space when inspecting and test driving 3. Genuinely nice and friendly people (instead of fake-nice salesman) 4. Being walked through the financial and signing process 5. It all happening in just a few hours If you're in the market for a new car, and you want to get a great deal in a friendly, low-pressure environment, then Car Pros is the best option for you. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks again!

The dealership is involved in illegal activities with their vehicles I would highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle from this company. The attorney general is already been contacted about their illegal activities that should just tell you right there.
